This page will outline our housing system at Promethean Roleplay. The housing system is complex and it comes with lots of unique tools to personalize your experience.

QS - Housing

Promethean Roleplay utilizes Quasar housing, it allows you to personalize your own house after you purchase your dream home! This script allows up to turn any house on the map, or any MLO into a house that a player can own. Additionally, creating houses doesn't have to be done by a developer, it can be done by a player who has the realtor job.

The realtor job will be restricted to Senior Administrators+. This is done to prevent players from creating house for dirt cheap and selling them to there friends. With that being said houses are constantly being added to the market and you can request a house be added to the market by reaching out to a realtor in game and requesting a "walk through" at which point the house will be setup and you will be contacted to view the home upon it's developmental completion.

All houses SHOULD come with a garage, if you purchase a house and you cannot find or locate the provided garage with the house please open a ticket and we will resolve that issue.

Houses that are already on the market are marked on your GPS! If a home is at a location you like you can walk up to the front door and preview the home before buying it!

Financial Options

Once you are financially able to purchase a home you will have the option to either purchase outright or you can finance, either way there is going to fees associated with your purchase, however, purchasing outright will ultimately be cheaper. If you have purchased a home and wish to sell it you can sell it privately to another player on an agreed price (This is not regulated by Promethean Roleplay Staff so be vigilant) or you can sell it back to the state for a going rate which varies.

Personalization

When a realtor is creating a house they can choose from a variety of shells or IPLs giving you hundreds of options to choose from when you are looking to buy a home. Once you have purchased a home from a realtor you will be able to customize it; you'll be able to add outside decorations and inside decorations. All of the available props for you too use will come from the FiveM developer Killstore, if you wish to add a prop from the store to the server you will have to open a ticket in the Promethean RP Discord and inquire there BEFORE making a purchase from Killstore.
