I keep crashing while in the server, what do I do?

Crashing is common in FiveM. We recommend that you clear your FiveM cache on your PC then see if the crashing persists. You can find instructions on how to clear you FiveM cache here.

I just joined the server. I want to join a law enforcement department or staff, how should I proceed?

Awesome, we appreciate your ambition and respect your courage! You can apply for our law enforcement departments in the Promethean Roleplay Discord. This also includes applying for staff as well. If you have any questions you can open a ticket and a member of our staff team would be happy to help!

My hands are stuck up when I press "X" and I can't put them down.

This is one of the mysteries with FiveM, this is due to a double key-bind from RPemotes and Quasar Inventory. We suggest disabling one of them. (You can disable either, it does not make a difference).

Me and my friends want to start a gang, what do we do?

To start a gang in Promethean Roleplay you are required to purchase Gang Setup Fee on our Tebex store. This fee is paying for the development time required to do the following: add garages, create the gang, setup stashes, and possibly add EUP and or vehicles to the server.

How do I join a gang?

There is no direct way to join a gang. You must locate the gangs in character and communicate with the members of the gang you want to join in game. This subject falls under the FOIC section, you can refer to this documentation should you have further questions.

Making a player / staff report

If a player does something in game or Discord that doesn't align with our rules then we highly suggest that you create a player-report in the Discord via a ticket. When reporting a player you SHOULD NOT confront them in game during the ongoing situation. Instead, ride out whatever issue is occurring until you can get away and log off to then open a ticket. We will justly compensate any party that lost something in game due to another players wrong doing.

How do I get a job?

To acquire a job in game you have lots of options. You can work privately with another player and get paid independently or you can head down to city hall and speak with the city clerk about working for the city!

I need a new license, where do I get it?

To obtain a new drivers license or identification card you need to head down to city-hall and immidiately upon enter turn right and at the desk you will be prompted to open a menu where you can get a new license. If you are looking to get a hunting license or a weapons license you need to first get a background check done at the police station and once approved you will be able to return to city-hall and purchase a weapon / hunting license.
