The black market dealer is the most elusive dealer in San Andreas. He ventures around from location to location, constantly dodging law enforcement at every corner. The black market dealer is known to have weapons, ammo, and even explosives sometimes at a cheaper rate than market price. The trick is finding him! The black market dealer is known to move around six locations across San Andreas, he only comes out from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM, no one has ever seen him during daylight hours. Word on the street is someone at the Life Invader building knows something about him and may be able to track him, question is, which person? Which computer do they work at?
Should you choose to attempt to locate the dealer the hard way and run yourself around the state, here is a map of possible sighting around the state.
One last word of advice, careful with what credentials you show up with. When you buy from him he will check your creds, and oh boy, let me tell ya, he doesn't like law enforcement...
