Oil Rig Heist

The Oil Rig Heist is none like any other! It creates a new dynamic for not only the criminals but the law enforcement as well. This heist requires criminals and law enforcement to strap on there sea-legs and head out into the waves. To start the heist you must speak with some inconspicuous gentlemen, they are located somewhere in the following area:

After speaking with the fine gentlemen you will be instructed to go to a certain location and carry out a task.

Make sure you are well equipped for this. Law enforcement and medical services may not be able to reach you during this process.
